  • Can I leave the bin on the street?

Certain municipalities allow bins to be placed on the street while others do not. In Toronto you need to acquire a road occupancy permit. You may also want to download this NO PARKING image and print it out to advise your neighbours not to park in that spot.

  • What is junk removal?

Junk removal is a service where by our licensed staff come to the address you provide to load, clean-up and take away the items you specify.

  • What size bin should I get?

Home renovations consist mostly of bulky, light material such as drywall, wood, etc. For this we typically recommend a bin of at least 14 yards. If you are looking for clean fill for landscaping and need to remove topsoil, dirt, concrete, etc. then we suggest either the 5, 10 or 14 yard bin.

  • Are there any items I can’t dispose of?

We cannot cylinders, aerosol cans, tires, paint or any other type of hazardous waste.

  • What is considered clean fill?

Clean fill is considered to be free of any other materials except for dirt.  It cannot be mixed with Concrete, Interlock, Metals, Cardboard, Glass, Fibreglass, Tires, Electronics, Chemicals, Appliances, Contaminated Soil, Plastics, Brick and block, Dirt, Grass, Asphalt or any combination of these. When filling a clean fill bin, it must not contain any other sort of material or surcharges will apply.

  • How do I pay for the service?

We accept cash and all major credit cards. If paying by credit card, we will have it pre-authorized when you place your order and have it processed only when the work is complete.

  • How much advance notice should I provide?

One to two days notice is usually more than sufficient. Of course, the more notice that is given, the better especially around weekends and holidays.

  • Where are you located?

We are located in the GTA – but that doesn’t matter… because we always come to you wherever you are
